Sushi Roku names Sergio Pareja Chef De Cuisine
Pareja began his career with Japanese cuisine by working under Kazuto Matsusaka, the Japanese-born Spago veteran, at Wolfgang Puck’s Chinois, Santa Monica and then moving on to another restaurant in Santa Monica called Zenzero, where he continued to work with Matsusaka. 2001 saw Pareja joining the Innovative Dining Group when he was hired to open Sushi Roku, Pasadena. Taking advantage of his high skill level, the experienced chef was quickly promoted to head chef of Sushi Roku, Santa Monica. Prior to his move to Las Vegas, Pareja also worked at Katana in Los Angeles.

“Sergio is a great asset to our team at Sushi Roku,” said Clinton Clausen, operating partner of Innovative Dining Group. “His creativity and expertise will add to the continued success of our dynamic cuisine.”

It's a New Era of possibilities for the sound of 21st-century India; an opening of the Indian World with the Western World at play with each other. This restaurant’s appetizers are sure to send your taste buds in a frenzy and the cocktails such as their signature MangoTini, a fresh Mango pulp infusion of Vodka and Cointreau, compliments the wonderful aromas and ambiance…Who knew Vegas had a little piece of India right across from Hard Rock Hotel?
