Playing on the home Field

On December 14,15 and 16, I will bring my show "Voices in My Head" to the Suncoast Hotel and Casino here in Las Vegas. Except for a million corporate shows, I

don't really remember doing my entire show with band, dancers and multi-media screens here in town since my 6 month run at the Riviera in 2002.

I have opened for Dennis Miller, Dana Carvey and Patti La Belle a hundred times at the Paris and MGM and as well as hundreds of  award shows, charity events and the like.

But now I finally get to show my friends here in Las Vegas what I do. One older lady friend whom I have known for almost 4 years asked me what I will be doing at the Casino. She said "will you be dealing blackjack?"

I have made Las Vegas my home for nearly 11 years and have realized that I work so much out of  town that  most people aren't really sure what I do. I feel a bit of  pressure to be really good on the Suncoast stage because.....they are watching! If I were in Ohio or Atlantic City, I would do my usual original songs, play a variety of instruments, do celebrity impressions, stand up comedy, Improv, etc etc. I would simply go onstage with a clear head and ready for anything. However, this is the home field, the town will be watching... woo... the pressure....what if they don't like me?...WHAT IF THEY DO!!

It will be a blessing to be picked up at my home and be driven the grueling 6 minutes to the back stage door.

I can handle it. It beats doing 20 minutes in Singapore. That's rite kids, 36 hours of travel to play 20 sleepy minutes to an audience that has no idea what you are talking about.

Been there and got that T-shirt more than twice.

Vegas will know what I am talking about on December 14-16.

I'm a New York Italian guy, I have a bunch to say..................................See you there
