Oops, she did it again. And how! Once again socialite Dame Sandy Peltyn outdid herself in coordinating a fabulous Halloween Costume and Birthday party for her son, R.J. It all started with extraordinary invitations that read: "Peltyn Productions Presents The Boo-Ball @ Club RJ." The event was held at The ARTISAN HOTEL and upon arrival guests saw floating balloons decorated as Club RJ.
The hotel was completely taken over by hundreds of guests wearing the most fabulous costumes imaginable. Costumes went from outlandish to regal and
everything in between. Just a few of the well-known guests having a ball
were: Coachman's Inn), Lorraine Hunt Bono with husband Dennis and her son and daughter-in-law, Edward Vance, architect (cousin was actress Vivian Vance, choreographer/producer, Papote Varet (who I know so well and didn't recognize in costume), Dr. David Wasserman who was fully enclosed in a Devil costume, Drs.
Ted and Parvin Jacobs, Debbie and Robert Holgate, and Susan and Robert Gomez, President of the Latin Chamber of Commerce. Gorgeous young people filled the dance floor and looked "simply maaaahvelous."
Fantastic prizes were awarded for best costumes.. First prize was
a 19 inch Flat
Television. Best Female prize was a pair of real diamond earrings
supplied by Jack and Nancy Weinstein of the Tower of
Jewels. Best Couple prize was a pair of twin toned watches by Wittnauer.
The winners were: First Prize for best costume went to 24 year old
D'Andre Taylor as an old man. His wrinkled face, clothes and demeanor
were really believable of someone in their eighties or more.
Polly Winstein Jack and Nancy's daughter, who I knew as a little girls also celebrated her 21st birthday that night. Sandy considers her as a daughter and a special birthday cake was brought on stage for her to blow the candles out.
GoGo dancers danced on platforms everywhere. A great D.J. kept dancers
going and a palm and tarot card reader
having such a grand time that none wanted to leave when it ended. Happy Birthday R.J., you're the greatest!.

events had guests shopping with the millions in fake money that was

Marketplace was headed by the incredible Mona Orr and her capable staff.
Drinks never stopped and a special drink for the night was a Pumpkin

There were

girlfriend, the lovely Ashley Floyd looked amazing as did Sandy and all
