Always flowing down ,down,
down
stealing the laughter
to be replaced by frowns
why do we cry?
TEARS
Empty inside
yet so much to hide
Everyone to talk to
Yet in no one to confide
TEARS
Anger, frustration,
hopelessness, loss
Happiness, accomplishments,
love, success
Some of the reasons
Our tears know best
TEARS
Known to relieve stress
Often follows anxiety
Many men hide theirs
From the eyes of society
Tears are said, to come from
women
Like water through a sieve
And from the eyes of Jesus
The most powerful man that
lived
Father we have come to you
All these many years
Through song, prayer, praise
and supplication
But mostly through our
