Four Seasons Las Vegas Celebrates the Holidays with a Sweet Display:

Hotel's Annual Gingerbread Village To Open Thanksgiving Day

Beginning Thanksgiving Day the lobby of Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas will be transformed into a fragrant, gingerbread fantasyland. The Gingerbread Village, which has become a holiday tradition for many Las Vegas Valley families, is free and open to the public. It will be on display through Dec. 26.

The imaginative Gingerbread Village will feature 20 gingerbread real estate properties and a giant working carousel made entirely of chocolate and sugar. Created by Four Seasons Executive Pastry Chef Jean-Luc Daul and his talented team of pastry chefs, total production time on this intricate display is more than 500 hours and it takes two full days to assemble.

Each piece of real estate in the fanciful village can be purchased or sponsored by a local company. Proceeds will benefit Nevada Cancer Institute (NVCI), a non- profit, state-of-the-art research and care center in Southern Nevada.     The Gingerbread Village will open to the public on Thursday, Nov. 27
