What's In A Name
Many
of you have been asking why the name change.
Well, it’s a simple answer. The original name
came from mocking a local columnist and letting
him know that we had our Eye on Vegas too.
Since our inception this guy and other local
writers have tried to hold the man down. Well
after 7 years we decided that it’s not our name
that matters and too let go of the petty
bickering with the meaningless local gossip rags
and others who fall short in trying to compete
with us “The Original”. So we close The Eye and
now just refer to ourselves as the rest of the
world does, ReportonVegas.com

Rumors have been flying that Believe starring illusionists Cris Angel is going dark. The Cirque Du Soliel PR department has said that these rumors are untrue. The rumors have evolved into the show is closing anywhere from 1 month to three months in order to “tweak” it. Our sources are claiming that they are even hearing things from the production crew. We have heard from other local media and rockstars that have seen the show that trap doors and body doubles are too easily spotted during the illusions. Maybe Angel should appear on Fox TV’s "Secrets of Magic Revealed". One friend of Angel said that she hears him rant about the co-writer director Serge Denoncourt and blames him for the shows faults.
It
was kept very quiet in Vegas that The
88-restaurant chain of Buca di Beppo was picked
up by Robert Earl and Planet Hollywood Inc. in
late summer for $28.5 million. Remember,
Orlando-based Planet Hollywood, which filed for
bankruptcy protection twice in the past 10
years. How does he do it?
Other sources tell us that Motley Crue front man
along with Motorcycle Customizer Danny “The
Count” Koker are working on plans to bring West
Palm Beach’s successful bar, Feelgoods to West
Sahara. Although the West Palm Beach outlet is
riddled with partner issues and payouts.
Feelgood was originally known as Dr. Feelgoods,
named from Motley Crues hit album and song by
that name. Unfortunately, since
Nikki Sixx and other band members were not
profiting from the use of the name it needed to
be changed to Feelgood’s. However, the Florida
taverns website remains www.drfeelgoodsbar.com
Remember to watch Vegas Confessions on Thursday and Saturday nights on HDNet. You won’t believe what people have to say. This was the first show created and produced by me. We are now in our second season of network broadcast around the world. Check us out at www.vegasconfessions.com
This holiday season I really want to thank some of my mentors who have helped me learn the ropes along the way. I have to thank EXTRA TV and TMZ’s Harvey Levin for giving me my first broadcast job. I certainly can’t forget US Weekly’s Ken Baker for hiring me for my interview skills. But most of all, even though I still after 2 years have not received a congratulations on my TV show and not to mention the only Las Vegas guy with a series I must thank Robin Leach. Friends to the end!
