Hoop Time
The “Pos 5” went a dismal 3-6 ATS and 4-5 SU this past week. The only victories coming from the two tenacious Bulldogs, Butler and Drake, and from U Mass. That brought the seasons totals to 69-30 SU and 52-30 ATS.
It’s
time to drop a team from the “Positive ROI 5.” That team will be the Virginia
Cavs. We will more than likely stick with Butler, Drake, U Mass, New Mexico and
Virginia’s replacement, the Davison Wildcats of the Southern league. The
Wildcats are 14-6 and atop their conference
The “5” have ten games this coming week (all with a spread) including New Mexico visiting UNLV tomorrow (Saturday) night.
Looking for a better week… we need some serious $$$ to buy a dozen roses a box of chocolates for our favorite Valentine the following week….. |

at 11-0. Davison is led by 6’ sophomore guard Stephen Curry who averages almost 24
pts. per game on the year. Curry is in fact, number 5 in NCAA Division 1 in that
department. Davidson also has the national leader in assists, J.
Richards who dishes more than 8 per game. Together Curry and Richards are one of
the top guard duos in the country along with Mike Green and A.J. Graves of
Butler the “little team that could” another member of the “Pos 5”.
