CHILD ABUSE FUNDRAISER THIS MONTH

 

Representatives of a child abuse treatment center have announced an annual fundraiser event that will help supplement the services they offer to the community. The 10th annual event sponsored by Family and Child Treatment of Southern Nevada starts at 9 p.m. June 14.. This event is open to the public, and will be held at Club Chameleon which is located at 6340 Hinson Street. A $20 donation tax deductible is requested at the door. Child abuse is a major problem in Southern Nevada, as well as throughout the United States. The latest statistics show that 25% of girls are sexually abused before the age of 18, and nearly 70% of all reported assaults occur to children under the age of 18. FACT provides treatment to abused children at no cost, and FACT has never turned an abused child away. FACT’s ability to provide these valuable services is due in large part to private donations made by local businesses and residents of Southern Nevada.

 

EYE SPY HOT ROCKING NIGHTLIFE

 

 

It was a sizzling party inside LAX Nightclub last night as professional athletes packed the happening VIP sections while DJ Vice spun a mind-blowing set on the decks. Professional boxer Zab Judah had a knock-out night as he partied with friends until the early morning hours, taking photos and reveling in the limelight. Also enjoying the sexy party scene from their luxe VIP loft were English footballers Sam Russell and Tom Kennedy of Rochdale Football Club. Earlier in the evening, comedic entertainer Carrot Top dined at the popular sushi eatery, Social House at T.I. Saturday night at TAO Las Vegas saw hip-hop icon Dr. Dre dining at TAO Asian Bistro. Dr. Dre arrived at 7:15 p.m. to surprise his sister Shamika Miller, who was having dinner with friends. THE PURE NIGHTLIFE IS JUMPING

The Tuesday night scene at PURE Nightclub sizzled as locals and tourists packed the Caesars Palace hotspot for the biggest party in town. Notable among the revelers inside the packed club were NFL All-Pro linebacker Al Wilson who partied with friends at a VIP table on the dance floor and former heavyweight champion of the world Iron Mike Tyson who opted for a table on the VIP main stage.
