This year marks the 15th anniversary of the Latino Youth Leadership Conference (LYLC). Over 700 Latino youth have participated in the conference since its inception. Most have attended and graduated from college and ventured out into our community to work in productive professional occupations, while many have also earned masters and doctorate degrees.

The Latino Youth Leadership Conference has changed young student’s lives. With your support, we can continue to provide leadership training to Latino youths and help them become caring, responsible and productive members of our community. This empowering conference invites area high school juniors and seniors to spend a week at the dormitories of University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Students are exposed to college information, speakers, leadership workshops and team building activities.
