May I thank you for last night

Another chance to bath in your light

May I thank you for the heavens

May I thank you, for family and friends
And for blessing our planet earth

May I thank you my health and strength
You heal in so many ways
You are my heart, my mind, my salvation
In a world of evil crazed

May I thank you for all creatures
On land, sea, and in the air
We could not survive, Lord
If they were not there

May I thank you for forgiveness father
for favor in your sight
And for all the Angels sent
To watch over us, day and night

May I thank for understanding
May I thank you for your son
He who died, so that we could live
Yes 'Jesus' is the one

Dear Lord the sun is setting
Soon the dew will appear on the lawn
May I thank you for this blessed day
