This was sent to me and I thought I'd share it with the VCO community. Please share with people that touch your heart.

It is amazing to be in the month of November... it came so quickly. The time and the seasons are changing. What may feel like chaos and confusion is in actuality the sign that we have all been waiting for. The seeds of change have sprouted and boy how we can feel the winds of change. This is the time we can find a quiet place and just be grateful for all that has been and all that is and all that will be. Lets think about all the blessings and all the blooming that has taken place throughout the year. Open to new ways of being. Live the truth that is in your heart. 

Let us come together as friends and families and be grateful for all that is. Let us practice  Open Kindness for those we know and those we have yet to know.

We are all so amazing. Sit still for a moment and be.

I am thankful for you being in my life, for enriching my time here and for sharing and teaching me the meaning of THANKSGIVING.  Have a wonderful Holiday and know that I am HUGGING YOU and THANKING YOU right now.

I am closing my eyes and seeing you in your highest vision. You are sparkling and feeling joy in this very moment.

I thank you for being a blessing in my life.
