BRAND’s unique design will offer Caviar “Deviled Eggs,” crème fraiche, chives; Wood Grilled Prawns, bacon sweet potato hash, mustard, crisp lemon; butternut squash agnolotti, sheep’s milk ricotta, brown butter, sage and roasted turkey served with all the fixings including corn bread pudding and citrus cranberry compote. FIX Restaurant & Bar (Bellagio, 3600 S. Las Vegas Blvd., 702-693-8400) will offer a four-course menu priced at $65 per person. The warm décor at Fix provides an intimate setting to celebrate Thanksgiving. Sides are available for an additional $8 and include “just like mom’s” green bean casserole and double baked sweet potato. For a sweet fix, guests will be served house-made pumpkin pie topped with cinnamon whipped cream.
STACK Restaurant & Bar (Mirage, 3400 S. Las Vegas Blvd., 702-792-7800), located steps away from the casino floor, will offer a three-course menu for $45 per person. Stack’s menu starts with an amuse of Bacon Wrapped Blue Cheese Stuffed Fig and other selections include a choice of Roasted Squash Soup served with bacon and smoked cheddar panini or Butternut Squash Agnolotti, sheep’s milk ricotta, brown butter, sage. Traditional stuffed Tom Turkey is served with cranberry stuffing, old-fashioned gravy and buttermilk mashed potatoes.
