700 billion dollars should be passed within the next 2 weeks for a main street bailout plan.. by creating a new energy grid across the country it would create a way to finally disperse clean energy throughout the entire country.. using only water, solar and wind...dirty energy would be completely obsolete while creating tons of well paying green jobs including construction infrastructure and we'd be saving our environment for our offspring...this is a true and real bailout plan... I know... 700 billion dollars is a staggering number... But in reality that is the same dollar amount we pay for foreign oil each year!!!!!!!!.
