I Promise from Henceforth ...

Okay, okay, okay! I promise from henceforth and for evermore I will blog more regularly. I have now been gently chastised from several loyal fans because I don't blog enough. It has been suggested that even if I write a bit about upcoming blogs, (like "Coming Attractions") that is better than nothing. I am proud to announce that I am getting hundreds of hits from a dozen states, and almost as many countries, so if you folks are interested, you will be hearing more about the escapades of Susie Isaacs.

Last night we had the third one-table tourneys in a series of 10 in our 3-K Club. My beautiful pocket Queens went down in flames when Mary Jones (yes, that Mary Jones, Ladies World Champion of 2006) A-8 eliminated me in fourth place. My best friend and business partner, Herminia Mahealani Suzanna Sniffen (that's why we call her Hermie!) won her first in this club and she is now considering writing a book and giving poker lessons. For those of you who don't know much about poker, I am being sarcastic. I did manage to keep my lead but they are closing in! We are playing for two seats in the 2009 World Series of Poker.
 

I am excited about a few upcoming ladies events, one in downtown Las Vegas at Binions and one in Pendleton, Oregon. Consider this a tease and I promise details within a few days.
