inspire real faith
Faith that is strong and
unwavering, no matter what
By my example Lord, let me
show
What it really means to be a
child of God
Let me show how to live in
the word
By my example Lord, let me
share with others
What you have taught me
About living in God's word
By your example
Allow me to learn Father
Through the examples, of all
you have touched
The reality that is you
Unseen by modern man
The inspiration for all that
is good
If I can change one life for
the better
Please let me do so, by my
example
Father as you have done for
me
By your example
Let me teach and guide my
loved ones
By what I say, by what I do
Let me be their rock
While guiding them to mine
Lord you are my foundation
My rock, my example
And when my time is over
Let my legacy be that my
