The eyes of the child will shine
On this Christmas day
At all the gifts left under the tree
That came on Santa's sleigh

The dolls, trucks, and trains
Action figures and video games
Stuffed animals, blankets and bibs
For the baby in the crib

Please remember the tiny stranger
When born, was placed in a manger
From such a humble start
He tried to touch every ones heart

He knew he would die one day
He knew he would be betrayed
He said in your faith be firm
And believe he would  soon return

We celebrate his life
We glory in his love
The baby born in that manger
Is now our father above
