Video messages from Governor now available online
As part of his transparency in government initiative, Governor
Jim Gibbons has added podcasts and video messages to the State
of Nevada website (WWW.NV.GOV)
Governor Gibbons has also added a new email address for citizens
to offer ideas and comments as we move through the legislative
session and deal with many difficult economic and budget
issues.

“I plan to share messages and viewpoints about important and
timely topics of interest to everyone in Nevada,” Gibbons said,
“Many Nevadans are not able to travel to Carson City to hear
directly from state leaders, so I am working to make my office
easier to access and to ensure that Nevadans can hear directly
from their Governor.”
The videos can be viewed by double-clicking on the “podcast”
link or the message can be saved to a computer or handheld
device by right-clicking and saving the video file to your
computer or device.

Governor
Gibbons has posted his most recent podcast. The topic is funding
for higher education in Nevada. It can be viewed by computer or
downloaded to a portable device by visiting
