RAMPAGE at PURE Nightclub

 

 

PURE Nightclub hosted the hottest party on The Strip last night as mixed martial arts star Quinton “Rampage” Jackson made his way to the club’s VIP stage to celebrate this past weekend’s UFC victory. Jackson and a small group of friends spent the evening sipping on Vodka while taking in the sights and sounds of the Sin City party palace. Also reveling in the spotlight was poker pro David Williams who spent the night celebrating a friend’s birthday with a large party of pals on the main VIP stage. Williams and his guests toasted the night with Tequila and Vodka

 

 

Cheech & Chong to perform at The Pearl 

 

 

Iconic comedy duo Cheech & Chong to perform at The Pearl Concert Theater Saturday, May 23, 2009, 8:00 p.m. Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong first hit the LA comedy scene in the early ’70s and immediately won over audiences with their wacky routines which captured the free spirited attitude of the times. Some of their most well-known routines were “Earache My Eye,” “Basketball Jones” and “Sister Mary Elephant.” The duo released nine albums between 1972 and 1985, earning them four Grammy nominations and a huge cult following. Big Bambu, Cheech & Chong’s sophomore release, became the top selling comedy album of all time in 1972 and held that record for several years. The pair’s third album Los Cochinos earned them a Grammy award for Best Comedy Album in 1973.

Actor/Comedian Kevin James had lunch with family at BOA Steakhouse on Saturday afternoon

 

On Monday Adam Levine from Maroon 5 and a couple of his band mates had lunch at Simon at Palms Place. Adam enjoyed the Wok edamame, Albacore Sashimi, Simon Jalapeno Yellowtail and the signature Simon Junk food Platter.

 

P Moss, owner of Double Down Saloon in Las Vegas and New York City, as well as the only authentic tiki bar in Las Vegas, Frankie’s Tiki Room, traveled to the Big Apple this weekend to celebrate the third anniversary of Double Down. Known the world over as the “happiest place on earth,” the Double Down Saloon has been bringing a much needed sophistication to Las Vegas since 1992, and in 2006 P Moss brought his concept to New York and has since become one of the city’s most talked about bars. On Saturday, March 7, 2009, Double Down NYC lured in the following VIP guest artists from Sin City: Dirk Vermin, Rob Ruckus and Louie “The Letch” Thomas. DJ Rex Dart from Las Vegas’ own Bargain DJ Collective entertained guests by spinning his beats on the turntables. In addition, topless go-go dancers, a chainsaw juggler and a fire eater by the name of Insectavora kept the guests on their toes.
