April 2009 marks 56 years of rich tradition and history for the City of Henderson. Commemorating the joyous occasion will be the annual Heritage Parade and Festival in the Water Street District.

 

Festivities include live entertainment, international food booths, dance and cooking demonstrations, craft booths, a classic car show and parade.

 

Come out and celebrate Henderson’s heritage and vitality throughout the years. It’s fun for the whole family. Please see a list of scheduled activities below.

Several cultural craft and demonstrating artist booths will be set-up inside the Convention Center. Some of these displays include Asian inspired jewelry, Chinese paper cutting and calligraphy, temporary Henna tattoos, Ukrainian Easter Eggs, and more.
