Palms Place is offering a special Mother’s Day brunch. In
addition to Simon’s regularly served brunch menu, the
Mother’s Day brunch will feature a Lobster Benedict on
toasted brioche with lobster hollandaise, Anson Mills graham
pancakes with sour cherry compote and a carving station of
Prime Beef Tenderloin with red wine and horseradish sauce.
Mothers attending the special brunch will receive a parting
gift including offers from Simon at Palms Place, Drift Spa
and Sunset Tan. The hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and the cost
is $45 per-adult which includes bottomless champagne and $15

Society
Café Encore, the popular restaurant concept, will offer
lunch and dinner specials for Mother’s Day.
On
Sunday, May 10, mothers dining at Society Café Encore will
receive a rose upon entrance (while supplies last) and enjoy
special dishes added to the menu to make this Mother’s Day
an experience to remember. These added special dishes
include the “Blue Swimmer Crab” appetizer with Avocado and
Golden Tomato Gazpacho and the main entrée “Pan Roasted
Alaskan Halibut” with Shaved Spring Vegetable & Citrus Herb
Salad.
Society’s
Mother’s Day dinner menu is priced at just $45 per person
and includes a Choice of appetizer: “Tasting of Salad,”
Caesar, Fruit & Nut, Iceberg Wedge, “Roasted Tomato Bisque,”
Parmesan Pepper Lavash or the popular “Mac & Cheese Bites”
with Truffle Dipping Sauce. –Entrée choices include: “Maine
Lobster Pot Pie” with Spring Vegetables, Puff Pastry; “Surf
& Turf,” Petite Filet & Tiger Shrimp Skewer or Society’s
signature “Trenne Pasta” with Proscuitto, Parmesan Truffle
Cream, Spring Peas. The special menu also includes “Donuts
for the table” with Society’s house made donuts with
chocolate and caramel dipping sauces.

Whether

10, is a fruity, bubbly drink that will start the
celebration on a sweet note.

"Mom-tini"
Makes 5 -
6 drinks
1 oz
raspberry puree
1 oz Aperol
5 oz Lunetta Prosecco
1 oz Club Soda
2 oz Heavenly Raspberry Chambord Foam (recipe below)
Mint Leaf for Garnish
Pour
Puree and Aperol into the wine glass. Slowly pour 5 ounces
of chilled Lunetta Prosecco into glass and top with Club
Soda. Top with Heavenly Raspberry and Chambord Foam. Place
straw in drink and top with mint leaf.
Heavenly
Raspberry and Chambord Foam:
5 oz egg
whites
5 oz Funkin Raspberry Puree
5 oz Chambord
Juice from 1 lemon
Measure
all ingredients into martini shaker. Shake vigorously for 5
seconds.

Day with a special tribute by pianist Wes Winters. The
celebration is highlighted by Mimosas and a memorable gift

ENVY The
Steakhouse’s “Mother’s Day Brunch” includes a wine and
cheese tasting, bottomless sparkling wine, Mimosas, fruit
smoothies, and a “Build your own” Bloody Mary bar.
Appetizers include fresh fruit and berries, smoked salmon
with tomatoes, red onions and capers and ENVY’s signature
fruit and granola parfaits. Brunch also features various
serving stations, including omelets, classic Belgium waffles
and seafood stations. Entrees include Eggs Benedict with

gourmet sandwiches. The dessert menu consists of a homemade
variation of mousses, chocolate covered strawberries, and

Mother’s
Day Brunch will also include carving stations with Rack of
Lamb and Prime Rib, as well as expanded salad and dessert
stations. The brunch is offered at $35 per person. Kids
under the age of 12 will receive a 50% discount and children
