When we fall from spiritual levels, we mustn't be depressed. We must start over as if we were acting spiritually for the first time. Sometimes we have to begin anew several times a day.

Start over today.

Energy is never lost. When we give our all, even if the friendship or romance doesn't last, we open a door for the friend or lover who is meant to be in our lives to enter.

Today, give 100% of yourself. Be fearless in your affections.

Just because we broke up with the girl who was annoying us, doesn't mean our lack of tolerance is gone. Just because we drink and smoke, doesn't mean our loneliness or depression is gone. Just because we boss our employees or children or spouse around, doesn't mean our feelings of inadequacy are gone.

Today, spot the ways in which you push your garbage away. What's really bugging you? Feel the discomfort and deal with your problems, head on. This is the best way to clean up the polluted waters of your life.

When you are working towards a goal, are you like a horse with blinders on? Or are you conscientious of others and of your words and actions?

When we are focused and passionate about something, we have to make sure we don't trample over others to make it happen.

Today, look at your priorities and determine if you are succeeding at another's expense.
 

You will have lots of opportunities to work on removing hatred from your heart today.

That's good because a person who can't open their heart to an enemy will never fully grasp what the study of Kabbalah is all about.

Is there someone in your life that you really can't stand? Practice makes perfect.

Yesterday I wrote about removing hatred from our hearts. One of the ways to do this is to rejoice at other people's happiness.

Is there a friend or relative you're jealous of? Be happy for them instead

Think about one person who has really changed your life. What if he or she didn't return your call, hire you, love you, teach you, guide you, be there for you. What if they didn't open that door for you?

Today, take responsibility for what you can do for someone else.
