“An Affair of the Heart…. to Italy with Love”

I saw Shecky Greene at The Orleans last Sunday, he is alive and well at 83.  He performed for 20 minutes and he was great. Shecky along with 35 other entertainers were part of a benefit for the April 6, 2009 earthquake victims in Italy.  The show lasted over three hours and half hours, and in addition to the 35 plus entertainers, so many more people gave their time and talent to put on a fabulous show.  However, since “You Tube” only allows 10 minutes, I devoted the entire time to Shecky, and once you see it, I think you will agree I made the best choice.   

Shecky Greene is considered by many to be the ultimate, consummate nightclub performer.   He began his show business career nearly 50 years ago.  He is one of less than half a dozen comedians who has headlined Las Vegas hotels. Enjoy a real funnyman.
