The City of North Las Vegas will hold two day-long workshops for homeowners facing foreclosure at Aliante Station Hotel and Casino, 7300 Aliante Parkway.
The first workshop will be from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Friday, July 24. The second workshop will be from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 25.

Participants are invited to attend one of the two events, where they can meet with lenders face-to-face, work with non-profit counseling agencies and explore options to prevent foreclosure, including loan modifications.
Participants should bring loan documents, income information, bank statements and letters from their lenders.
Workshops are sponsored by the City, Aliante Station Hotel and Casino and HOPE NOW, an alliance that includes counselors, mortgage companies, investors, and other mortgage market participants. The alliance attempts to maximize outreach efforts to homeowners in distress to help them stay in their homes. HOPE NOW creates a unified, coordinated plan to reach and help as many homeowners as possible.
