Good News!
Ihave several “good news from my world items” on my mind today that I want to share with you. First, I gained weight over the holidays, but let’s be honest, we all did. The difference is in how much. But that isn’t the good news. The good news is that I corrected my month of splurges in one short week. I can’t tell you how much I gained because I was afraid to weigh, but I lost whatever it was (It was enough that I was not able to zip my new smaller size jeans). That has been taken care of thanks to the Isagenix program. (And now I can wear my new jeans again!)
I did one cleanse day during that week and when I finally worked up the nerve to weigh, I had lost whatever I gained plus another .2 lbs! I love this program. My latest new recipe is for a Dreamsicle. It is the vanilla shake, but rather than using the water for a mix, use 4 oz. of orange juice or Sunny D (which has fewer calories than actual real OJ) and 4 oz. of diet orange soda. Yum! Love my shakes. If you have unwanted pounds, aches and pains that you would like to eliminate from your life while adding new found energy, contact me for more info or check it out at susieisaacs.isagenix.com.
The other good news will affect Florida poker players or those who visit Florida and love to play poker. The last few sentences in a lengthy article in the Palm Beach Post, read: As of July 1, 2010, the pari-mutuels would be allowed to offer no-limit poker in card rooms and extend card room operations from 12 hours per day to 18 hours per day Monday through Friday, and run for 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday. It would also gradually reduce the annual slot machine license fee from $3 million to $2 million.
Since they already spread no-limit (but with a $100 buy-in limit) in Jacksonville, I emailed my friend Jim Barbo for a more clear explanation. He explained: Per the article...“ no limit poker” is full open poker/poker tournaments/all limits. Also, we will have extended hours. Also, Bigger/Multi tournaments (PCA, NAPT, WPT, WSOP type events), bigger advertising, promos, etc.
More good news: My friend Donnie Vann is already preparing for his 2010 WSOP excursion and he already has one sponsor! For full story see my blog of Oct. 25, ’09. Full blog at: susieisaacs.blogspot.com.
More good news: Rumor has it that Sally Boyer has won her lawsuit against Harrah’s and the WSOP Academy! I hope this is true because if it is, it means that the pretty little lady called the big bully’s bluff and won the pot. Just hope it was a HUGE pot. I have nothing against Harrah’s or the WSOP Academy except for what the Academy did to Sally. For full details on this story, see my blog of Oct. 29, 2009. Full blog at: susieisaacs.blogspot.com.
