Satisfy that Hunger at Vinny’s Seafood Bar & Café

Vinny's Seafood Bar & Café

T
here’s a new casual, neighborhood Italian place for locals and visitors alike and its only ten minutes from the Strip…Vinny’s Seafood Bar & Restaurant opened a few months back and now has a catering service to bring the special Italians dishes to your own parties. It can be a home party, a business event held anywhere; especially at Convention Center sites to give a real Italian treat to your guests.

Vinny's Seafood Bar & Café

Vinny’s is New York Italian style—his great-grandparents came from Napoli to Brooklyn, NY in the great immigration wave of the early 1900s to make a new life in the promised land of the USA. Meals though were mainly Italian dishes that were derived from recipes that were created years back in Italy. Vinny uses these special ingredients and authentic Italian tomato sauces (all types—the originals were called ‘red gravy’) and some really good seafood menu items. Tasting the baked clams oreganta, was true bliss! They were perfectly baked and truthfully, delicious! He also uses his own special mild, medium and hot sauces on shrimp, calamari, mussels and scungilli. He has brought to Las Vegas his Mama Angie’s marinara and meat sauce. If you have never had a basic and good Italian meal, particularly seafood, then get over to Vinny’s to sample his bill of fare.

Vinny has a very reasonably priced lunch menu that has a top menu item price of only $7.00. Now, in a recession, that is a true bargain. A real Manhattan clam chowder is on the menu, and if you have never experienced a red clam chowder do not waste a moment—get to Vinny’s and have a bowl of this truly great soup.

For dessert, an expresso was accompanied by homemade Italian cheesecake and the cannolis were devastating delicious! All the sweet ricotta cream that filled the shells were mouth-melting marvelous!

Vinny's Seafood Bar & Café

Vinny is a great guy and has the easygoing attitude that makes you feel comfortable, relaxed and right at home. His warm demeanor really makes you feel special and special is what makes up Vinny’s Seafood Bar & Restaurant.
