** Version 2.0 Includes Enhanced Interactivity, Easy-to-Use Features **
April 30, 2010 – Washington, D.C. – Calling it easy to use and full of helpful information, Congresswoman Shelley Berkley today unveiled a newly updated version of her official House website. The new 2.0 version of Berkley’s site can be found at: http://berkley.house.gov/.
“My new website is easy to use and full of helpful information and resources for residents of Nevada’s First Congressional District,” said Berkley. “The Internet is one of the most convenient ways for my constituents to access information on important programs like VA care for veterans, homeowner assistance, healthcare reform, federal business opportunities, Medicare and Social Security benefits and grants and loan assistance programs for college students,” said Berkley. “Those who wish to contact my office can e-mail from the website and users can request an appointment or information about visiting Washington, D.C. or even purchase a flag that’s been flown over the U.S. Capitol. Also on the site are more interactive features that I hope visitors will enjoy and that make my website more user friendly, including links for users of Facebook and other social networking sites.”
