July 8, 2010 – Carson City, NV – Governor Jim Gibbons has ordered flags at the Capitol Complex in Carson City to be flown at half staff on Sunday July 11, 2010 in honor of United States Army Specialist Matthew Hennigan of Las Vegas, Nevada. Specialist First Class (SFC) Hennigan was killed in a firefight June 30, 2010 in the Tangi Valley in Afghanistan.
