Safe Summer Nights Free Community Fair
July 29, 2010 – North Las Vegas, NV – The City of North Las Vegas and its community partners are pleased to present Safe Summer Nights, a free community fair, including free hot dogs, chips and drinks, while supplies last.
The event kicks off at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 5, at the 100 Academy of Excellence, 2341 Comstock Drive.
Participating families will enjoy games, music, and other children’s activities. The event also will provide information for parents about youth activities, money management programs, adult education opportunities, weatherization programs, health services and community safety.
Starlite Music Series Soars
July 28, 2010 – North Las Vegas, NV – The City of North Las Vegas presents FREE concerts on a mobile stage at the park.
The Starlite Music Series features concerts by top-rated local artists, food and beverages for purchase and a relaxing atmosphere on the cool grass. Picnic blankets and baskets are welcome. Please, leave pets at home.
