olleen O’Neill has joined the Clarion Hotel & Casino as Sales Manager. Her responsibilities include booking local meetings and catered events as well as soliciting out-of-area groups for their rooms business. O’Neill is also the owner of O’Neill Printing, which has been in business for over 25 years. The Clarion Hotel & Casino was formerly the Greek Isles, Debbie Reynolds Hotel and Paddlewheel before the change.

indy McCombs, president of the Henderson-based company Realm of Design and her husband (the founder of the company) have developed an innovative green product called Green Architectural Stone. The green stone is made from 100 percent recycled glass aggregate and 99.8 percent renewable materials such as pozzolan cement. In addition to being used in unique architectural designs for their clients, the company is building a new headquarters utilizing 100,000 pounds of recycled glass (within Green Stone) for the exterior building façade.

For the next few weeks, Debbie will highlight two exceptional women, from the Las Vegas area, that are making a difference.
