Summer Send Off Fiesta

Celebrating the End of Summer Along with
Mexico’s Independence Day and Bicentennial



W
ith the culmination of the end of summer, Mexican Independence Day and Mexico ’s Bicentennial, Agave will hold its Summer Send Off Fiesta Sept. 16 from 4 p.m. to 12 midnight. Agave will feature three live bands, $5 Espolon Tequila 100 percent blue agave margarita specials, Agave, $20 Espolon margarita pitchers, $5 Modelo Beer drafts, $18 Modelo Beer pitchers and $3 authentic Mexican street tacos.

Set to take place throughout Agave’s expansive patio and massive party tent adjacent to the restaurant, Agave’s Summer Send Off Fiesta will be held when the weather in Las Vegas is at its most perfect temperature.

Agave’s cuisine is cutting edge Mexican with some great starters including its bean and cheese dip, made with puréed pinto beans with chipotle peppers, tecate, fresh cilantro, Mexican cheeses and fire roasted serrano peppers or crispy street style quesadilla corn masa turnovers served with avocado-tomatillo purée, red fresno sauce, blackened jalapeño crema and spicy poblano carrot salad. One of its specialties is rock shrimp chile relleno made corn meal crusted-fire roasted poblano chile with fresh rock shrimp, Mexican cheeses and poblano crema reducción.

No reservation or RSVP is required for Agave’s Summer Send Off Fiesta to be held Sept. 16 from 4 p.m. to midnight.
