After 8 years in professional baseball then software, Chris decided to focus his sights on his true passion: wine. In 2003 he founded Rock 'n Roll Wine and is known for his energetic wine parties where he matches wine to live music.  In 2004, Chris received his Sommelier pin from the Court of Master Sommeliers and quickly garnered the reputation of a fresh, innovative and hip new face on the flourishing and prosperous Las Vegas wine scene.  By taking a truly unorthodox approach to the grape, Chris prides himself on demystifying the juice and exposing people to as many different types of wine possible - always in a non-pretentious environment.  Although wine quality is undoubtedly important, he truly believes that wine is about the experience first, and what's in the glass second.  Creating the right vibe, atmosphere and energy will make that glass of wine truly shine.
