Curt Anderson co-founded Fair, Anderson & Langerman (FAL) in 1988
after a 12 year career with a national accounting firm. Highly
successful, he was promoted to partner and served as a member of the
firm’s board of directors. Throughout his 32 year career, Anderson has
gained experience in a variety of diverse industries on the local,
national and international level including: federal, multi-state and
international taxation; evaluation and structuring of corporate
mergers and acquisitions; estate planning and related tax matters for
income, gifts, and estate taxation; as well as tax minimization
planning for individuals and corporations.
A committed community partner, Anderson is active in several civic
associations in the Las Vegas area. He is a past president of the
Opportunity Village Board of Directors and currently serves on its
Foundation Board. Anderson is also the treasurer of the Police
Athletic League (PAL) and has worked to build PAL into a strong and
viable, non-profit resource. Additionally, Anderson is a member of
KNPR’s Planned Giving Advisory Council and serves with the University
of Nevada, Las Vegas Dean’s Associates of Southern Nevada.
Anderson received a bachelor of science degree in business
administration with an emphasis in accounting from the University of
Notre Dame in 1971. He went on to become a Certified Public Accountant
(CPA) in 1974. Anderson has been a member of the American Institute of
CPAs since 1975, and the Nevada Society of CPAs since 1985
