High School Sports Marketing Service is the brain child of Victor Cephas Sr. who himself was a high school superstar in the Philadelphia area in his day. He went to college at Texas A&M in Kingsville on a basketball scholarship and from there played semi- pro basketball, where he was a player & coach for 12 years.

Victor has been coaching in the Las Vegas area for the last 6 years. In 2004 he realized the the importance and the need to help our young  men & women continue their dreams of playing sports on a collegiate level while furthering their education.
