Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada (PLAN) is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving the people of Nevada.

PLAN was formed in 1994 to bring people and organizations together who are committed to making a positive difference. We are the key vehicle in Nevada for building consensus and collective strategies among progressives on a range of issues including state roles in welfare, immigration, taxes, environment, campaign finance reform, economic justice and reproductive choice.

PLAN works with diverse constituencies not only in building bridges across class, race and regional differences, but in working together to build power.

During our first four years, PLAN addressed issues related to citizen participation and campaign finance reform. Our Ten-Year Plan calls for deeper involvement in economic justice (including health care), and building just and sustainable communities.

We have an interest in keeping children fed, seeing Nevadans paid a decent wage with job security, protecting a woman's right to choose and in ensuring an ordinary citizen's right to hold elected office.

With your help, the Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada can prove that a bedrock of progressive values--especially in today's harsh political climate--is key to transforming politics at every level of government.
