BIG WALLS, BIG ART
WITH THE RESHAPING of the downtown Arts district and Vegas going VERTICAL, some artists are right on top of the revitalization.
Traditionally, it's the artists who crave space and eagerly move into buildings with lofts, mostly in less desirable areas. Slumlords have made millions from these artists going into their uninhabited buildings. They quickly re-model, and bring in their collectors, to show off their latest projects. Before long these neighborhoods, like SOHO in New York, MELROSE in L.A., Embarcadero in S.F., attract, the upscale artsy crowd, and BOOM a Renaissance takes place.
Today, in Las Vegas, the new HIGH RISE Loft structures being built are just too expensive & pretty for the working artists to acquire. However, since their presence is already there, it has nonetheless drawn the collectors. So, quite the opposite has happened here, due to a strong real estate market; millions of dollars in Lofts have been pre-sold, mostly to out-of-towners. This is really an artist's dream for any major city!
 A group of nationally recognized artists from NY, Las Vegas & California have formed an ARTIST DESIGN CENTER, right here in town. The need for stuff & big furniture is now passé, and being replaced with state-of-the-art technology & original artwork.

 Visit the ADC's monthly SALONS. There you get a private PENTHOUSE view of a variety of outstanding works, in one of Las Vegas' newest multi-level lofts. Meet the artists in person.
Then, visit their production studios, and be on your way to designing your own unique living spaces.
Modern Masters, Home & Garden and ARTV have filmed many of these artists. They have been commissioned by the Venetian, Wynn Resorts, The Palms, Red Rock Hotels, and Rockefeller Ctr., Snapple, Cola Cola, and many celebrity collectors, to name a few.
