The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is committed to crime prevention and provides a Crime Prevention Specialist in each Area Command for this purpose.  Some of the services they can provide include Neighborhood Watch, Business Watch, Crime Prevention Presentations on a variety of topics for both neighborhoods and businesses, Home and Business Security Surveys using Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design strategies, and Neighborhood and Business Safety Meetings.
