Defense......... That's what Sunday's Super Bowl was all about. In a game that was as close as the final score indicated, the victorious Giants ended the dream run of New England by holding the much heralded Patriots passing game to less than 4 1/2 yards. per passing play, well below there seasons average while sacking QB Brady 5 times for 37 yards........ New York made Brady look, almost human.

The loss did not take anything away from the outstanding season enjoyed by New England, but the Giants will go down as the champs, which is what all of the teams in the NFL strive for each year.

I hope you played more units on the under than on the Pats. as instructed by my Star Picks. Most of all, I hope you enjoyed watching the game, especially the 4th. quarter.........

See you in Sept. when I hope we can do even better than Plus 23 1/2 stars for the regular season..... (did not do too bad in the post season, star wise, either.......)
