ENVY The Steakhouse is the award-winning restaurant located within the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel, next to the Las Vegas Convention Center.  However, this is more than just a place for conventioneers and hotel guests. ENVY The Steakhouse features a wine wall with more than 1,500 bottles of fine wine.  The ENVY lounge features 60 seats, full beverage service and a relaxed atmosphere.  Special events or corporate meetings can be held in ENVY The Steakhouse’s two separate private dining rooms. There is the Epicurean Wine Dinners and a Sunday Brunch with pianist Wes Winders.

 

The wide-ranging menu features dishes such as crab bisque with tempura king crab legs, tuna and crab meat dynamite, Black Angus filet mignon, sea bass with wild mushrooms and crab meat Victoria; the dessert menu is highlighted with a New York cheesecake and fresh berry compote.  VIP guests may enjoy the view of the open kitchen in the private booth known as the chef’s table.  The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is one of elegance and fun.

 

The popular series of Epicurean Wine Dinners continues at ENVY The Steakhouse.  The yearlong series will be highlighted by vintages from this region as well as wines from Spain, Italy, Hungary, Belgium, and Argentina that accompany the Chef’s select signature dishes.

• Wines from Hungary, November 16- 30

 

• Champagne featuring Louis Roederer, December 7- 31 

 

   

The Sunday morning brunches of “Mimosas & Music” includes wine and cheese tasting, unlimited sparkling wine, Mimosa, fruit smoothies, and a “Build your own” Bloody Mary bar.  Appetizers include fresh fruit and berries, smoked salmon with tomatoes, red onions and capers and ENVY’s signature fruit and granola parfaits.  The “Mimosa’s & Music” brunch also features various serving stations, including omelets, classic Belgium waffles and seafood stations. Entrees will include Egg Benedict with hollandaise, vanilla raisin Brioche French toast, and mini gourmet sandwiches. The dessert menu consists of a homemade variation of mousses, chocolate covered strawberries, and assorted mini pastries. 

 

Wes Winters is considered to be one of the most popular and versatile entertainers in Las Vegas.  Self-trained with a list of credits including television, radio, live theater, composing and producing, Winters conceived, wrote, produced and starred in “A Musical Tribute to Liberace” at the world-renowned Liberace Museum.  He performs a solid repertoire of standards and musical favorites at the ENVY The Steakhouse’s Sunday brunch.

The Epicurean Wine Dinner start at $25 for a wine tasting; $55 for a four-course dinner; and $75 for the dinner and wine pairing.  Reservations are required.  

 

The Sunday morning brunch is $25 per person and offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a performance by Wes Winters from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  Reservations are recommended.
