May is National Physical Fitness and Sports Month. Families, or for that matter, any group, can come together to learn about the different activities that you can do to add physical fitness to your life. It only takes a small change. The statistics on physical inactivity and overweight and obesity may paint a pretty grim picture, but don’t be discouraged. The good news is that there is room for improvement in the way we live, work, and play and that only means that we have the ability to make things change for the better.
